Talk to a person
No phone tree, no ticket queue. Whoever picks up can answer a question about pay, equipment or where your settlement is — or put you straight through to somebody who can.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Eastern.
Outside those hours the application and the form below are always open.

What are you getting in touch about?
Three different questions, three different fastest routes. Picking the right one saves you a day.
You’re thinking about running here
Questions about the 85% split, the weekly fees, what trailer you can bring, or whether your record qualifies. Most of it is already answered in writing — and if it isn’t, call, because a five-minute conversation beats three emails.
You already run with us
Call the office and ask for your driver support specialist by name — they have your broker packets, your settlements and your paperwork in front of them. For anything on the truck, the shop is the faster call.
Everything else
Vendors, partners, press, or a question that doesn’t fit either box above. Use the form below and it lands in the office inbox — we answer on business days, usually the same one.
Where we are
Two addresses on Raceway Road
Both on the west side of Indianapolis, minutes from I-465 and I-70. Come to the office for paperwork; the terminal is the yard.
Admin office
Settlements, driver support, paperwork and recruiting.
Terminal
The yard — parking and company trailers.
Send a message
Write it down and we’ll come back to you
What happens next
- It goes straight to Dennis and Kristi, and is saved to our forms account at the same time, so a message cannot quietly go missing.
- Somebody who can actually answer reads it — not a call centre reading from a script.
- You get a reply, usually the same business day. If it came in over a weekend, Monday morning.
In a hurry, or already on the road? Call (317) 978-0276 instead. A phone call during office hours is always faster than a form.
Your truck. Your loads. Your rates.
Ready to stop asking and start running?
Book your own freight, set your own rates, keep 85% of what the load pays. The application takes about ten minutes and there is no obligation either way.
