What self-dispatch actually means here

Most carriers advertise a percentage. Very few hand you the keys to the business.

You book the loads

Your authority to say yes or no. No forced dispatch, ever.

You set the rates

You negotiate. What you agree to is what the load pays.

You pick the lanes

Run where you want to run. Home when you want to be home.

We run the back office

Settlements, IFTA, insurance, plates, permits, and someone who answers the phone.

Not ready to own a truck yet?

We’re hiring company drivers for Midwest regional. It’s a real job with a guaranteed minimum, not a placeholder — and it’s how a lot of our owner-operators got started.

The run

Midwest regional, plus Midwest to the South, East and Southeast.

Home time

Two options: home weekly, or 2–3 weeks out with 3 days home.

The equipment

Late-model Freightliner, automatic transmission.

Guaranteed weekly minimum

Every company driver runs on a guaranteed weekly minimum. What that works out to depends on the run and your experience, so we’d rather tell you straight than post a number that doesn’t apply to you.

Call (317) 978-0276 and we’ll walk you through it.
