GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Current CDL A license in good standing
- Current Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical card
- Smartphone and a headset for communication purposes
- Tablet with cellular connection for ELD connection
AGE & EXPERIENCE
- 25 years old and above
- 2+ years verifiable Over-the-Road (OTR) experience in the past 5 years

VIOLATIONS & ACCIDENTS
- No drug/alcohol related convictions (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years, and should NEVER be in a commercial vehicle.
- No license suspension/disqualification for traffic convictions in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 moving violation in past 3 years
- No preventable accidents in past 3 years

EQUIPMENT
- Passed DOT Inspection
- Truck must be capable of functioning with an Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
- Air-ride tandem Axle truck and Trailer
